Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Cardonomics account and the data associated with it at any time. Here’s how.

From the app

Sign in with Google, Apple, or your email and password, then:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and expand the Danger Zone section.
  3. Tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

Forgot your password?

If you signed up with an email and password but can’t remember it, reset it first, then follow the steps above. (If you signed up with Google or Apple, just sign in with that — no password needed.)

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (name, email, and profile photo), your wallet data (the cards you’ve added, open dates, and points balances), your trip reports, travel plans, and any other content you’ve created. This action cannot be undone. We may retain a limited amount of data where required to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, and remove it once those obligations no longer apply.
